Sooner or later your house/condo will need to be freshened up. Do not wait too long. It is cheaper to repair in time than wait for the problem to become serious.
This is how we work - Renovate in Pattaya
- Let us know what you want us to do. Contact via email or Line: orestonegroup
- If your request is something we can do, we will set up a meeting at your house/condo to evaluate the work to be done.
- We go through all issues together with you and will suggest improvements and inform you about different ways to do it for you to decide which is the best for you.
- Our staff will measure and note all issues.
- Normally within one day, you will get a written quote by email or via Line (if you added us).
- Hopefully, you will accept the quote, then we will inform you when we can start work and estimate how long it will take. We will also contact the reception in your condo or village to understand the conditions for doing the work.
- Once you accepted the quote, you must pay 50% before we can start to work. You may pay cash or transfer to our company account.
- Now we are ready to go to work. When work is finished and approved by you, you pay the remaining 50%. If you are not satisfied we will redo the issue, provided it is a reasonable claim.
- During the time that work is proceeding, we will have a supervisor control the work and make sure it is up to standard.
